Do you ship interstate?

Yes we do! Although we are Melbourne base, we love seeing our pieces travelling interstate. When booking, please consider delivery time. x

How soon can I expect my order?

The fastest shipping method is automatically applied at checkout to ensure your order is with you on Day 1 of your hire period. 

Australia Post offers next day delivery within 80% of Australia with their express post service. 

However when booking your item for hire, please be mindful of the area where you live and what that might mean for delivery. If you are outside the zones for next day delivery, make sure to order your item an extra day in advance. 

In the event that delivery takes more than 2 days for your region, please contact us so we can advise you for a possible earlier delivery. We’d hate for you to miss out on receiving your hire for your special event.

What if my order doesn't arrive in time for my event ?

We do our absolute best to ensure your package will arrive on the date you expect it to, but on rare occasions, there may be delays. Unfortunately, that can happen. We know that Australia Post can be unpredictable and late deliveries are sometimes unavoidable. 

However they are outside of our control and we are not responsible for unexpected delays in delivery. If you miss out on wearing the piece to your event because of a delay in delivery, please contact us. If your event date has passed we can either organise a replacement outfit or offer you a credit note.

To avoid the occurrence of such an event, we recommend that you book your item with enough time in advance that your event falls on Day 2 or 3 of your hire period.

How soon can I order?

We are processing all order Monday to Thursday, between 9 am and 3 pm. Any orders processed outside these time cannot be guaranteed delivery.

For Melbourne enquiry feel free to send you a DM whenever possible we accommodate your last minute outfit emergency 😉

Can I pick up my order ?

We do offer pick up on appointments only. Please email us directly so we can organised time and a day, as well as location. Please note pick up is only available within 10km of Melbourne CBD.

Return

How do I return my order ?

We’ve made it easy peasy. Just return your item in the provided return satchel, to one of the Australia Post Express Yellow boxes. Please try to get there before 4pm to ensure the express return – and to avoid our late fee

When do I return my rental ?

Day 1 of hire is the day you first receive your piece. Day 4, as your fun time with the garment draws to a close, don’t be late passing the excitement on to someone else. Put a reminder in your phone to return your item on the fourth day of your rental period.

If it’s a Sunday or a public holiday, simply drop at the nearest yellow express post box.

Every day after that incurs a $50 per day late fee.

Help ! I'm late with my return !

Please be on time. We want to share the love and let others feel as amazing in our pieces as you. In the event of a late return, we will be charging $50 for each day late. 

If your item is over 16 days late it will be deemed as not returned. If that happens, we’ll have to charge you for our lost love on the item – up to 150% of the retail value.
