You can choose to pay using the following payment methods:

Pay now: You can pay using a VISA, Mastercard or AMEX debit or credit card.

Pay later: Hire now, pay later with Afterpay. Proceed with checkout as usual, then choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout.

Options will be shown to you at checkout depending on your eligibility.

Don’t worry, if you select Afterpay as your payment method, that’s how you’ll be charged.

Just like a hotel, for insurance and security purposes we ask for your credit card details. We won’t charge anything to your card. Only in the case of an unfortunate event would you be charged, as per our terms and conditions. This is unlikely as we know you care about our garments as much as we do.

Need a little extra security? We understand that accidents happen, especially for those accident-prone kinds of people. So, we offer additional protection for those hiring our high-end items.

At check out, you can purchase additional insurance for just $10, which gives you $150 worth of cover. This means that if you damage the item beyond repair or you lose it, the additional insurance will cover $150 of the fee.

We know plans can change. To be flexible around your needs balanced with those of others, this is our policy:

– For orders cancelled more than 30 days before the shipping date we offer a full credit note, without any cancellation fee.

– For orders cancelled 15-30 days before the shipping date, we offer a credit note refund to put towards your next order, minus a $20 cancellation fee.

– For orders cancelled less than 15 days before your shipping date, we offer a credit note refund to put towards your next order, minus a $40 cancellation fee.
